Friday, August 1: Targeted move-in for large island booths and vehicles. Schedule through Tradeshow Logistics.
Saturday, August 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM General Move-in begins

Monday, August 4: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM for final touch-ups and booth inspection Set-Up for Hall D

Please note the compressed set-up time for Hall D. If you have an island booth that takes more than eight hours to set up or requires rigging, you should not select a space in Hall D. Hall D is clearly marked on the floor plan and all booths in that area start with a "D". It is not a separate hall nor are there any divisions between Hall D and the rest of the show floor.

Exhibitor Kit
Exhibitor Kit will be online and available in May. Registering Booth Staff
You can register as many people as you need to work your booth. Anyone registered as an exhibitor can access that hall during the set-up, show time and tear down schedule. You are also allowed into our regular track sessions, SuperSessions, Sunday Night Attendee Welcome Reception and other non-ticketed events. You will also get two (2) Tuesday night event tickets and two (2) attendee bags per 10x10. Additional Tuesday night event tickets are available for purchase at $45 each.
Registration will open in May in conjustion with the Exhibitor Kit. Expo Passes
All exhibitors will receive ten (10) Expo Passes per 10x10. These passes allow the receipient access to the Exhibit Hall during show hours. Please distribute to your best clients and leads. These passes should not be used for your employees and/or booth workers. Expo Passes will be mailed to all exhibitors by mid-June. APCO Exhibitor Scoop Back Issues
